- Complete Wellness Intake – $249 for 2 hours
The Complete Wellness Intake is ideal for those on multiple medications and/or experiencing multiple, overlapping health conditions including anxiety, depression, chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, brain-fog, sleep problems and more.
In the Whole Person Intake we review your full health history, family health history, and review all symptoms and indicators of health. This allows me to select a Homeopathic remedy which will bring balance, alignment, and healing to your entire being – mind, body, heart and soul.
Searching for relief for exhaustion and fatigue?
- Focused Intake – $149 for 1 hour
The Focused Intake is ideal for those seeking care for a single ailment – mental, emotional, or physical.
The Focused Intake is limited to direct attention to a single health issue and allows me to select a Homeopathic remedy targeted specifically at your primary complaint.
You can choose a Zoom consultation or in-person at the offices of Cornerstone Chiropractic, 301 S Columbus St, Alexandria, VA 22314.
The cost of the Homeopathic remedy is in addition to the intake fee and ranges from $20 to $40, including shipping.
I also provide relaxation exercises, mindfulness techniques, and referrals to complementary care, as needed.

Follow Ups +
Follow Ups – $89, 1 hour
After your intake, we meet again five weeks later for your first follow-up. I assess your progress towards full health and make any adjustments to the Homeopathic remedy, if needed.
You will continue to feel heard and supported during the follow ups, which provide a space for self-reflection and a deeper understanding of yourself.
Want to be heard and understood by your care provider?
While you will see improvements in the first weeks of treatment, the deepest healing takes time and it is good to continue follow ups on a regular basis.
After six-to-nine months you will have experienced significant healing progress. Some patients continue working with me longer as we walk together on their healing journey.
Each one-hour follow up is $89. If an adjustment in remedy is needed, the cost is in addition to the follow up fee and ranges from $20 to $40, including shipping.

Acute Care+
Homeopathy is very effective in speeding the recovery of coughs, colds, flus, indigestion, injuries, falls, rashes, burns, and other acute illnesses.
A 30-45 minute telephone or Zoom call allows me to take your Acute Care case and recommend a Homeopathic medicine to provide you relief.

The Acute Care fee is $79 for new clients; $49 for existing clients.
I provide follow up check-ins for up to 48 hours after your Acute Care consultation to ensure your health improves.
